Fall down the mineshaft in Discount Ghost Stories: Songs from the Rockies. This haunting and hopeful show features original bluegrass, pop and funk music interwoven with rarely-heard true stories of Colorado’s past. A formerly enslaved woman searching for her daughter. A Chinese laundryman searching for justice. A Ute youth killed by a prospector. A silver mine superintendent with an itchy trigger finger. And a pair of cab drivers who may have their own wild ideas about your ultimate destination.
