TGIF, foodies! It’s time for another week of downtown happy hours, lunch and dining specials - let’s dig in…

Calling all coffee connoisseurs! Tonight, April 26th from 6-9 PM, head over to Ozo Coffee (West Pearl) to cheer on baristas from around the world in their annual Latte Art Throwdown. This caffeinated competition is free to the public and doubles as a fundraiser benefiting local non-profits, Mindful Works and Bridge House.

New restaurant alert! Pedro's Tacos & Tequila is coming soon to the Pearl Street Mall at 1125 Pearl St. Pedro's offers three generations of family recipes that derive straight from Mexico…and they are so excited to share their incredible dishes with you. Mid-week grocery store trips just got a whole lot better…Boulder County Farmers Markets (BCFM)  Wednesday Markets officially kickoff May 1st from 3:30 - 7:30 PM. Can’t make it on Wednesdays? Don’t forget BCFM’s Saturday Markets happen from 8 AM-2 PM.

Sunny spring days means new iced sips at Cristos Coffee. Try their new special drink, the Pink Peony - a mix of strawberry pomegranate and Redbull. Not only is this drink refreshing, it’s sure to keep you caffeinated all day long. Speaking of refreshing teas… Ku Cha House of Tea and Old Barrel Tea Company have delicious teas (iced or hot) to choose from too - yum!

When the sun comes out to play…make a day of it by visiting outdoor patios throughout the district. Try out Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery for tasty brews and bites, T/ACO for mouth-watering street tacos and margs and Pasta Jay’s for an authentic and hearty Italian meal.

And when the sun goes away…(oh, how we love unpredictable Colorado weather…) we are lucky enough to have cozy downtown spots that offer food that is sure to warm you up. Some of our April shower stops include Dragonfly Noodle for ramen, Fuji Cafe & Bar for miso soup and momos and Sforno Trattoria Romana for minestrone soup and margherita pizza. Enjoy comfort foodies!

Calling all nurses and teachers - Postino Wine Cafe wants to show their appreciation for the hard work you do. For the entire month of May, teachers and nurses are invited  to enjoy their Board & Bottle all day, every day. Head in any day of the week (bring your badge or show the graphic here) for a $25 bruschetta board and bottle of house wine combo. *(Valid one per person, per visit, in-store only and within all Postino locations). Cheers to our nurses and teachers - thank you for all you do!
