City of Boulder Downtown Eco Pass


Eco Pass decals for downtown business employees may be obtained from Noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays only through the end of the year at the Downtown Visitors Information Center at 13th adn Pearl. (Closed May 31, July 5, Sept. 6)

Authorization forms will NOT be given to employees! See the office manager/business owner for Eco Pass forms. .Eligible employees must bring their signed authorization form and a government issued photo identification for both new and renewal decals.
