City of Boulder Eco Pass
The City of Boulder will distribute 2013 Eco Pass Smart Cards for full-time employees in downtown Boulder at the Downtown Boulder Information Center, on the corner of 13th and Pearl Street, during the following days and times:
Mondays 12 - 4 p.m. (Closed on City of Boulder holidays listed at www.BoulderParking.com)

Downtown Eco Passes are provided only to full-time employees working for businesses within the Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID) or within the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District (DBBID). Part-time, temporary, contract and current CU students are not eligible for the CAGID/DBBID Eco Pass program.
To receive a 2013 Eco Pass Smart Card decal, every eligible employee must present a government- issued photo identification and a completed and signed Employee Authorization Form supplied by eligible employers
