Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art is a historic landmark located in the heart of downtown Boulder. Facing the beautiful Central Park and just three blocks from Pearl Street, the museum is an ideal location for your event. Each season BMoCA’s galleries are transformed by a new group of world-renowned artists. The artwork presents a unique backdrop for your event and an opportunity for all guests to experience the vision of contemporary artists. In addition to the galleries, there is a dedicated event space that can be tailored to suit your vision. BMoCA is proud to have Three Leaf Concepts as our exclusive caterer.

The Boulder Public Library maintains the Boulder Creek Meeting Room primarily for Library-related activities. However, the room is available to government, neighborhood and not-for-profit community groups on a space-available basis.

OAK at Fourteenth

Located on the Pearl Street Mall, one block from the RTD bus station, OAK offers a private meeting space in our Acorn Room. The Acorn Room accommodates up to 40 guests with tables, and approximately 50 guests without tables. We will work with you to create a floor plan to accommodate your meeting specifics. OAK provides free wireless internet and also has full AV capabilities. Whether or not you choose to provide lunch at your meeting, the Acorn Room is a comfortable, private space for your next business gathering.

Rembrandt Yard Art Gallery & Event Center

Located right in the heart of downtown Boulder, and just steps off the Pearl Street Mall, and the RTD Station, Rembrandt Yard is convenient for all your guests. From a small meeting to a multiple day seminar, Rembrandt Yard can tailor their space to meet your needs. Whether you are putting together a meeting for 20, or planning a gala event for 600, Rembrandt Yard 2 floors, and a variety of rooms as well as Free wireless internet, and a wireless microphone are available. Rembrandft Yard also has an in-house furniture package available to make set up a snap!

St Julien Hotel and Spa

The St Julien offers over 16,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor Colorado conference facilities. Indoor space consists of nine meeting rooms, six with windows, measuring a total of 9,708 square feet including the pre-function space. YWCA offers meeting space for 16 to 40 guests (345-725 square feet) and also has a full computer lab with 13 IBM computers available for rent.
