Where do I park?
Downtown Boulder is home to 6 parking structures and 5 parking lots, along with on-street metered spaces -- over 4,000 parking spaces! Parking in City of Boulder Garages is FREE on Saturday and Sundays, and metered parking is FREE on Sunday. Please see the Parking page for additional information and maps.
Are the holiday events free?
Yes, all of the events are free and open to the public.
How much does it cost to get my picture taken with Santa?
Photos with Santa are FREE! Don't forget to bring your own camera and be ready to take your own pictures.
Where are the bathrooms?
Public Restrooms are located to the north of the Visitor Information Center on the northeast corner of 13th and Pearl streets.
What if it snows?
The holiday events will be held even in winter weather. Dress warm and don't forget your hat and gloves! The Snowflake Express (Tebo Train) will not run in sleek, wet weather. Visits with Santa happen inside of the Visitor Information Center, although the line will be outside.
Do you have a lost and found?
We do - stop by the Visitor Information Center on the northeast corner of 13th and Pearl streets for assistance with lost items.
Are pets allowed at the holiday events?
The City of Boulder prohibits pets on the Pearl Street Mall - so please leave your furry friends at home!
