OAK at Fourteenth

In 1988, Jay Elowsky, along with his parents, opened the first Pasta Jay’s at 9th and Pearl. Thirty years later it is still a favorite of the Boulder Community. Artisanal, single-varietal honey is rare and beautiful. It is carefully extracted by small-scale beekeepers and delivered in its raw form.
