Lights of December Parade
Saturday, December 12, 2026 | 6 pm
Spectators are invited to enjoy floats created and decorated by local businesses, churches, schools, community groups and nonprofits. The grand finale includes an appearance by the jolly old man himself - Santa Claus!
The parade reviewing stand (with detailed announcements about each participating group) will be located at Broadway & Pearl (with lots of great spots nearby to grab a warm drink!).
The parade route starts at 15th & Walnut streets, heads west to Broadway, north on Broadway, turns east on Spruce and finishes at 15th & Spruce. Please remember to stay safe by staying behind the fencing and out of the streets for the duration of the parade!
Participating in the Downtown Dash this year? Stop by the Downtown Boulder Visitor Center before or after the Parade to earn a stamp for attending the event!
The number of parade entries is limited to 50 entries, and as of Monday, October 5, 2026, all spaces have been filled. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please fill out the form below.
