Lights of December Parade

Saturday, December 13, 2025 | 6 pm

Spectators are invited to enjoy floats created and decorated by local businesses, churches, schools, community groups and nonprofits. The grand finale includes an appearance by the jolly old man himself - Santa Claus! 

The parade starts at 15th & Walnut streets, heads west to Broadway, north on Broadway (with a reviewing stand at Broadway & Pearl), turns east on Spruce and finishes at 15th & Spruce.

2025 Lights of December Parade registration is now open! Please follow the link below to submit your entry and make payment. 

The deadline to sign up and pay for a parade float is Friday, November 7, 2025. However, the parade often fills up BEFORE the registration deadline - see details below. 

Please keep in mind the following: 

• The number of parade entries is limited to 50. Space is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis depending on when we receive the online form submission and payment. 
• We will close down the form as soon as 50 spots are filled and start a waiting list. 
• Once you submit the online form, you will be instructed to send payment. Registration is not considered final until payment has been received. The fee for commercial businesses is $350 and the fee for nonprofits/community groups is $75.
