2025 Holiday Parade Sign-Up Form

Downtown Boulder’s Lights of December Parade* takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 beginning at 6:00 pm. The parade is open to community groups, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses. Floats of all sorts are accepted - creativity and the use of non-vehicular modes of transportation are encouraged!

The deadline to sign up for a parade float is Friday, November 7, 2025.**

Official Rules & Regulations

The parade begins at 15th and Walnut. Detailed staging information will be sent out to participants within two weeks before the event date. This year, OZO Coffee Roasters will be walking around with hot drinks in the staging area before the parade begins. They will also have a table set up outside of their shop on the East End for drinks.

** The number of parade entries is limited to 50. Space is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis depending on when we receive the online form and payment.
