Why learn Handstands?
Handbalancing offers a unique way to explore your body and helps give us better body awareness of where we are in space.
Although challenging, it’s a fun way to face insecurities and build confidence in your body. It’s the journey not the destination that brings so much joy. Personally I’ve found with handstands, the journey is never ending and that is such a beautiful thing. Constantly evolving.
Here are a few benefits of handstand training:
Better mobility and body awareness

Develop flexibility and mobility
Essentially a full body workout
This two hour workshop is aimed at ALL LEVELS! (ie. You don’t need to be able to handstand). It’s more about learning the tools to get you there and how to progress from where you are in your journey at present.
