The Velvet Elk Lounge is excited to present "Bluegrass and Brims," an evening of music, fashion, and empowerment on August 23rd, 2024. This special event, benefiting the League of Women's Voters of Boulder County, will feature live performances by talented female bluegrass bands, a custom hat experience, and a curated pop-up vintage shopping experience.
From 5:00 to 8:00 PM, guests are invited to "Sip and Shop" during Velvet Elk's Happy Hour. Enjoy specialty drinks and explore the offerings from our event partners, The Vintage Garage Sale and Justin the Great Hats. The front lounge will become a custom hat creation station where attendees can design their own unique headwear. Meanwhile, the back room will showcase a selection of Western and Rock 'n Roll vintage items.
At 8:00 PM, the music will kick off with performances by The Sweet Lillies with Elle Michelle and Derek Dames Ohl. This ticketed show, priced at $20, will continue until 11:30 PM, promising an evening filled with vibrant music and good vibes!
