Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Join us to create an amazing menu- celebrating traditional dishes and incorporating new flavors and combinations. Learn some new dishes for your own holiday table this year!

Harissa Roasted Tomato and Chickpeas on Labneh with Sesame Chili Oil: a perfect starter with sweet and indulgent notes and a bit of heat
Cauliflower Gratin: An updated version of the delish classic!
Winter Wedge Salad: Dates, Squash, Prosciutto, Shallot, Goat Cheese Vinaigrette
Aglianico Braised Bavette with Chimichurri: the main course and one to recreate at home over and over again

Vegetarian options are available for this class upon request. Due to the nature of the recipes, gluten free or dairy free substitutions are not available.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
