Celebrate the spirit of Brazilian Carnaval at this lively community samba event on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall. Featuring performances by Bateria Alegria, Dandha da Hora, Escola de Samba Denver, and Samba Colorado, the show brings together music, dance, and percussion inspired by the traditions of Rio de Janeiro and Bahia.
Free admission. Come early, bring a chair, and find a spot on the 1300 block of Pearl Street, in front of the Boulder Historic Courthouse.
