About the Instructor: Kaileigh Severin, started her journey with yoga at eight years old taking power classes with her mom at studio in Littleton, Colorado. In high school, Kaileigh found CPY and took her first HY classes at the Park Meadows location in Denver, Colorado. After taking her first CPY class she was hooked and could often be found at the studio after school, to the point of being asked to her senior prom in a CPY HY class. At seventeen years old, Kaileigh took her first 200-hour Teacher Trainingwhich was a Power Vinyasa focus. Immediately following her first 200-hour, Kaileigh completed a second 200-hour in Hot Yoga/Hot Power Fusion. Since completing both trainings Kaileigh has worked in many roles with CPY and other studios, including management and sales. In 2020 Kaileigh completed her 300-hour Teacher Training. Kaileigh has been practicing yoga for eighteen years and teaching for eight years now.
