Menu Includes:

• Moules Frites: Mussels with butter, wine and herbs, served with fresh French fries.
• Salad Lyonnaise (winter): Classic French salad in its simplicity, with beautiful poached eggs and a rich dressing.
• Pan-Seared Fish with Beurre Blanc: Chefs choice fish and along with one of the classic mother sauces.
