Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Explore the many cultures and flavors that fuse to create some of the most traditional and delicious dishes we all love from the Middle East.

Falafels: Fried chickpea balls stuffed in pita bread with fresh vegetables and pickles
Tzatziki: A refreshing yogurt and cucumber sauce perfect for topping your falafels with!
Shawarma Marinated Steak Kabob: A powerfully spiced marinade on delicious steak kabobs, cooked to perfection
Tabouli Salad: A refreshing traditional parsley salad with bulgur wheat.
Schug: A spicy Yemenite pesto like sauce packed with fresh herbs and garlic, great with grilled meat and fresh pita

This class can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
