Details

Looking to spice up your date night with something unique? Join us for an evening of creativity as you and your partner or friend make a stained glass project together that you get to take home. In this class, we’ll guide you through creating a beautiful honeycomb sun-catcher (see photos for examples). The glass pieces are pre-cut, so you’ll focus on two key steps of the stained glass process: foiling and soldering. By the end of the class, you’ll have a fully finished, window-ready piece.

What's included
All tools and materials will be provided. $175 class cost covers 2 people's cost to take class (one name needed per sign up)!

What's not included
No food/or drinks other than water bottles are allowed in the studio for health & safety reasons.

Itinerary
-This class is designed for teamwork.

-You and your partner will share a station and work together on your project.

-You can choose between two options: create one larger honeycomb sun-catcher as a team (about 6 inches) or each make your own smaller sun-catcher (about 3-4 inches).

-The glass pieces are pre-cut, so you’ll focus on just two key steps of the stained glass process: foiling and soldering. By the end of the class, you’ll have a fully finished, window-ready piece(s).

-If you're interested in a more in-depth, beginner-friendly class that covers the entire stained glass process from start to finish and allows you to pick what you create, please check our schedule for our beginner classes. This class is designed to be short and sweet, similar to the style of a cooking class!

Highlights
This class is the favorite at our studio. Its a GREAT way to shake up your typical date night and walk away with more than just a memory. Also it is an awesome try out making stained glass without jumping into the financial commitment of a full class or purchasing a beginner set up!
