A 3 hour, hands-on cooking class with Food Lab Boulder.
Make these cute little pocketed treats and some sides to go with for a fun filled evening. This is a small plates class so we'll eat as we go at our chef's counter!

Cucumber Salad: A refreshing sesame oil based salad

Chicken Gyoza: Flavorful chicken dumpling, served with tamari sauce

Vegetable Egg Rolls: Classic cabbage and vegetable stuffed egg rolls with sweet chili dipping sauce

Steamed Pork Buns: Sweet and savory stuffed steam buns

This class can be made dairy free or vegetarian upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
