Celebrate the harvest season with a unique culinary experience at Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant in downtown Boulder—a celebration of local, plant-based cuisine sourced from Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette. Kicking off on August 20, 2025, the first dinner will feature a four-course prix fixe menu- complete with a botanical-inspired cocktail- for $55 per Guest.

The series will continue throughout the fall, with each month’s offerings evolving to reflect the best seasonal produce available. Future dinners will highlight the freshest ingredients, giving Guests a chance to experience the changing flavors of Colorado’s fall harvest.

These dinners will provide an opportunity to explore inventive, plant-based dishes in a cozy, family-owned, farm-to-table setting. Whether you're a Boulder local or just passing through, it’s a unique chance to enjoy Colorado’s seasonal flavors.
