Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Some classic dishes of Vietnam will tease your taste buds perfectly!

Banh Mi: A classic Vietnamese sandwich with marinated pork, pate, pickled vegetables and aioli
Nuoc cham: Traditional dipping sauce with thai chiles, lime juice, and fish sauce
Bánh Cuốn: A street food favorite; rice paper wraps with ground pork, garlic, shallot and fresh herbs.
Bánh xèo: A delicious savory scallion crepe wrapped around shrimp and fresh herbs.


This class can be made dairy free or gluten free upon request. Vegetarian or vegan substitutions are not available for this class.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
