Vinyasa Yoga is a flow-based practice that synchronizes breath with dynamic movements. It consists of Sun Salutations, warrior poses, and long-held restorative stretching at the end of class. It can help increase flexibility, strength, balance, calmness, and focus. All levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat.
