Description: Join Valerie in the studio for nurturing Gentle Yoga and a Sound Bath to honor this month's Full Moon. Slip into deep relaxation and enjoy the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and bolster if you have them. We will provide what we have available.
