Enjoy a simple sequence of gentle yoga poses that lead you into a deep relaxation surrounded by sound. Class will begin with a gentle yoga practice appropriate for all levels of experience that combines satisfying stretches with conscious breathing. Modifications will be offered and you will be empowered to find what feels good as you reconnect with and nurture your body.

Then you'll settle into a comfortable relaxation pose as you bathe in the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, a gong, and other soothing instruments that will transport you into a meditative state of relaxation.

No previous experience is necessary, appropriate for all. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and consider bringing a pillow and blanket so you'll be cozy as you rest.

Kerry is passionate about providing an experience of slowing down, reconnecting, and finding deep relaxation during her yoga + sound baths. With more than 25 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, she specializes in gentler approaches to yoga and loves making mindfulness accessible and unintimidating for students of all levels of experience.
