Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Join us in experiencing an evening of fun tapas you can enjoy over the holidays or anytime! These are perfect to recreate for your friends and family.

Kabocha Fritters: Winter squash blended with pancetta and gruyere
Chopped Winter Salad: Beets, Fennel, Blue, Farro, Apple, Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Spicy Tuna with Sticky Rice: Crispy Sticky Rice Topped with Spicy Tuna
Ton Negima with Pineapple: Delicious pork belly and pineapple skewers
Teriyaki Sauce: Traditional Japanese sweet and savory sauce used for marinating and seasoning.

This menu can be made gluten free or dairy free by request. Vegetarian modifications are not available for this menu.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
