Golden Mountain Guides will have four expert guides in-store to lead an engaging presentation, followed by interactive stations where you can:
- Test your knowledge and learn what everyday items can be used to create a secure snow anchor.
- Try on real mountaineering boots and practice balance and movement on a specially built wooden platform.
- Take on an obstacle course with a true mountaineering pack to see what it’s like to trek with a full load.
- Learn about Norrøna’s best-selling mountaineering gear and discover why "loaded minimalism" is key to staying warm and agile in the mountains.

This event is a first-of-its-kind immersive experience, bringing mountaineering knowledge directly to Boulder! Enjoy light snacks, drinks, and the chance to connect with local adventurers. Plus, Golden Mountain Guides will be giving away a $200 gift card toward any of their courses (excluding AMGA SPI Courses & Exams)!
