Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals!

Dolma: A rice, nut, and currant stuffed grape leaf with the perfect balance of acid.
Carrot Tahini Salad: Carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs.
Kefta: Warm spiced meatballs served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.
Tzatziki: A traditional cucumber and mint yogurt sauce.
Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a Greek classic.

This menu can be made gluten free and dairy free upon request. A vegetarian or vegan entree is available upon request but please note that this will be prepared by our chefs.
This is an eat-as-we-go menu so all dishes will be enjoyed at the counter.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children ages 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
