Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals:

Dolma: Delicious rice, nut and currant stuffed grape leaf, with a perfect balance of acid.
Carrot Tahini Salad: Seasonal carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs
Kefta (Spicy Lamb Meatball): Spiced meatballs served with tatziki
Tatziki: Yogurt minty cucumber sauce
Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a classic
