Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! We love mezze because it's meant to be shared- perfect for sharing with friends and a glass of wine!

Grilled Halloumi with Chili Crisp: Slices of halloumi cheese grilled until golden and crispy, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon and chili crisp
Marinated skewers of meat (chicken, lamb, or beef), grilled to perfection and served with a side of yogurt or tzatziki.
Spinach and Feta Börek: Flaky pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese, lightly brushed with olive oil and baked until golden and crispy.
Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic and Parsley: Shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, fresh parsley, and a touch of chili for heat. Pair with:
Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmas): Grape leaves stuffed with rice, pine nuts, and herbs, served with a lemon wedge. Pair with:
Muhammara: A spicy dip made from roasted red peppers, walnuts, and olive oil, served with warm pita.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
