Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! We love mezze because it's meant to be shared- perfect for sharing with friends and a glass of wine!
Grilled Halloumi with Chili Crisp: Slices of halloumi cheese grilled until golden and crispy, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon and chili crisp
Marinated chicken skewers, grilled to perfection and served with a side of tzatziki.
Spinach and Feta Börek: Flaky pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese, lightly brushed with olive oil and baked until golden and crispy.
Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmas): Grape leaves stuffed with rice, pine nuts, and herbs, served with a lemon wedge.
Muhammara: A spicy dip made from roasted red peppers, walnuts, and olive oil, served with warm pita.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
