Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Nothing like a steak dinner! Simplicity and seasoning is key along with great ingredients, paired with a glass of red…. and you have perfection.
Not So Classic Wedge – Crisp romaine wedges, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, capers and house-made blue cheese dressing
Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Chili Crisp – Crispy sprouts with a sweet-spicy glaze and chili crisp
Lyonnaise Potatoes-Golden pan fried potatoes in a caramelized onions, a perfect pairing
Petite Filet with Garlic Butter- Pan seared and butter basted, just like the steakhouse.
Chimichurri: Traditional Argentine parsley, oil and vinegar based condiment and herbed sauce
This class can be made gluten free or vegetarian by request- please let us know during registration. Please note that we do not have dairy free alternatives for this class.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
