A 3 hour, hands-on cooking class with Food Lab Boulder.

Join us to celebrate the mother(s) in your life! We'll be enjoying some amazing spring and early summer produce and creating some tasty dishes, perfect for recreating at home.

Pea and Mint Pesto, Radish and Smoke Salted Butter, Flatbread

Asparagus and Gruyere Tart: Fresh asparagus layered in a tart dough and baked to perfection, with fragrant herbs and olive oil to finish

Fontina Stuffed Pork Chop with Herb Green Salsa and Spinach: A perfectly cooked pork chop glazed with herb salsa and sauteed spinach

Braised Artichoke Hearts: Braised in a light wine and garlic, with fresh herbs and melted butter.

Substitutions are not available for this class.

This class is designed for adults. Kids 11 and up are welcome to join this class, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
