Join us for a welcoming and playful evening of creative repair focused on mending textiles of all kinds. While we are happy to share ideas, encouragement, basic supplies and the joy of giving new life to our clothes this gathering is not designed as a workshop. We are creating a regular meeting time and place to slow down, stitch in community and encourage sustainability through visible mending and creative repairs. Some basic sewing skills are helpful though all levels are very much encouraged to attend. Please bring a garment or two to repair and any specific threads or patches you plan to use if you have them. We will have some mending supplies on hand to share.
