Join Sydney in this restorative movement and sound journey designed to tune you into your body, connect with your breath, and bring a sense of overall relaxation. In this hour-long class we will shift between stillness and guided floor movement, depending on what your body needs in the moment, as the sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments fill the space. No props are needed, but wearing a long sleeve shirt and long pants are recommended. Sock and kneepads optional.

About Sydney:
Sydney (she/they) is informed in somatic therapy and trauma. She teaches at Ape Co Boulder & Denver, and offers private coaching sessions. She teaches individuals to move more confidently and freely, express themselves through embodied movement, and shares ways to engage with others in partner and group dynamics.
