Join us at Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro at St Julien Hotel & Spa for a special Summer Vegan Harvest Dinner!

Executive Chef Rich Byers presents a thoughtfully crafted three-course vegan menu celebrating the season’s harvest from our on-premises garden and the freshest local vegetables and produce.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers, followed by curated wine pairings to complement each course. This alfresco experience is presented in partnership with Toohey Farms, Forevergreen Microgreens, and select wine collaborators.
