Start your Saturday with an invigorating and relaxing rooftop yoga class that enhances your mind-body connection. This all-levels yoga class will take you through a slow sequence of satisfying poses that promote strength, mobility, balance, and ease as you enjoy a beautiful view of the Flatirons. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to make the practice work for you. Please bring your own mat. We'll be soaking up the sun on the rooftop, so practicing in a hat and sunglasses is welcome!
