In this hands-on class, you’ll focus on bold flavors, proper wok techniques, and balancing sweet, savory, and umami elements to create comforting, crave-worthy dishes you’ll want to recreate at home.

Beef & Broccoli: Juicy, tender beef and bright green broccoli tossed in a savory sauce that’s rich, glossy, and deeply satisfying — the kind of dish you’ll want to make on repeat at home.

Orange Chicken: Crispy, golden chicken coated in a sticky, sweet-tangy orange glaze made with real citrus. This is the takeout favorite, upgraded and completely from scratch.

Vegetable Fried Rice: Fluffy rice, colorful veggies, and just the right amount of seasoning come together in a comforting, crave-worthy dish that proves fried rice can steal the show.
