Description: This workshop will guide participants to transform fear into freedom, so they can lean into new opportunities and live their most authentic life. Brooke will teach the model of the mind, with a short exercise to prep participants for the wonderful experience of hypnosis. Gabriella will offer reiki to re-balance their energy centers and align participants to their new frequency. In the past, our workshops have had a large turnout, with participants reporting feeling rejuvenated, aligned and ready to achieve their goals with greater ease.

Gabriella Alziari is a Reiki Master, Tarot Reader and Spiritual Coach based in San Diego, California. She has a background in leadership development and runs workshops on meditation, reiki, shamanic journeying, and connecting to spirit guides. Brooke Greenwald, CHP, CMS-HP, FIBH is a certified medical support and clinical hypnosis practitioner and a fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy.
