Get ready to dust off your most outrageous holiday sweater and join us for a totally awesome Ugly Sweater Party at Velvet Elk Lounge on December 5th! The event, benefiting local nonprofit KGNU, promises a night filled with festive cocktails, groovy tunes, and an extra dose of holiday cheer.
Starting at 5 PM, Velvet Elk will transform into an 80s wonderland, featuring delicious bites, themed drinks, and a special Jack Daniel's cocktail where all proceeds will support KGNU, a community radio station committed to providing quality, independent media. From 7-10 PM, two DJs will be spinning the best 80s jams to keep you dancing all night long—so be sure to bring your best moves and your ugliest sweater! This is a free, non-ticketed event, but we encourage attendees to bring an unwrapped toy for our Toy Drive or make a donation to KGNU at the door to help make the season brighter for those in need.
