The evening’s centerpiece is Peter Boyer’s acclaimed Rhapsody in Red, White & Blue, performed by internationally celebrated pianist Jeffrey Biegel. Commissioned by Biegel as a companion to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, this vibrant and uplifting work blends the energy of American popular music with the brilliance of the symphony orchestra, creating a thrilling celebration of the American spirit.
The program also features stirring patriotic favorites, powerful orchestral works, and a special musical salute honoring each branch of the United States Armed Forces.
