Janet Cooley (UNICO Properties)

"Janet is a Building Engineer and spends her days helping keep our 11 buildings operating at high level. The Tenants all know her but above and beyond she keeps an eye on the entire neighborhood. If you work down here you have probably seen her. If she finds a stray bike, she makes sure the police receive it. If a street light is out, she will make sure the city knows. Mike Horowitz (Freddie's Hot Dog Stand)

Flavia Dragusin-Johnson

"Flavia is an unsung hero of Hotel Boulderado. She's smart and hardworking, she's putting herself through school in addition to working full time, she's always eager to learn more. She's also a helpful and courteous contact for many of our most important guests. David Ramon Ortiz

"If you were walk into the lobby of CFBC, David's smiling face is the first thing you'll see! David is the Operations Manager at CFBC, making sure our office and building run smoothy. David has a unique job at CFBC. He works with every department, making sure they have what they need, vistors are welcomed, and collaborating between departments. Nikki Steele

"Although her work is easily out-out-of-sight, out-of mind for many of us on the floor, Nikki's efforts across various bookfairs and offsite events are monumental.
