The City of Boulder will begin major improvements at the 11th & Spruce Garage this summer (2026), including structural, safety, and facility upgrades. The garage will fully close for approximately four months beginning the week of June 1, 2026, with phased reopening starting in early October (around Oct. 2) and full reopening expected by the end of October.
