InSeng Taekwondo is first and foremost, a place for community. "InSeng" in Korean means "way of life", which perfectly incapsulates what Taekwondo is. More than just kicking and punching, Taekwondo brings people and cultures together and we aim to do just that in Boulder! Led by a former Olympic Athlete and a Team USA National Coach, we offer classes for all age groups and various monthly events for the community!
