Senior By Design (SBD) is a boutique, full-service commercial interior design firm specializing in Senior Living, Multifamily, and Office Remodel projects. With a national portfolio and more than a decade of experience, SBD has designed hundreds of communities and commercial spaces across the country, creating interiors that are beautiful, functional, welcoming, and built to last.
From our offices in Boulder and Dallas, our talented team manages projects from initial concept through final installation. Our full-service approach includes space planning, interior design, finish and material selections, construction drawings, FF&E design, in-house purchasing and procurement, custom furniture and art, project coordination, logistics, warehousing, and white-glove installation.
By managing FF&E purchasing and procurement in-house, SBD provides our clients with one team and one point of accountability throughout the process—from selecting and specifying furnishings to purchasing, tracking, receiving, delivery, and final installation.
While senior living remains a cornerstone of our practice—including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—our experience and approach translate beautifully to multifamily communities, offices, clubhouses, amenity spaces, and commercial renovations.
