Hey Downtown!
The start of November has been super cold and that means it’s finally time to start bundling up with warm clothes! With the wide array of clothing shops downtown, you won’t struggle to find clothing that fits your every need.
If you’re looking for trendy, warm and layerable options , check out Weekends. Weekends is a locally owned store that has been on the Pearl Street Mall since 1990, offering local and nationally recognized jewelry, as well as contemporary casual clothing.
If you want outdoor attire, then I recommend checking out Norrøna, The North Face and Fjällräven.The Norrøna concept store is their first location in North America offering everything from t-shirts to thick jackets and even a repair center for your gear! The North Face provides attire for both athletes and the average person. Their lighter gear can be layered to keep you extra toasty or you can purchase one of their parkas and stay warm all day long. Another winter staple is Fjällräven. While they may be known for their Kånken line, they also offer loads of outdoor gear. And if something gets damaged while you are out exploring, just bring it back to the store and they can repair it for you in-house. From backpacks to hiking shoes, you’ll be able to find something to take home and explore the outdoors in.
To wrap it all up, John Allen Woodward is a great stop for classy handmade leather items. John Allen Woodward hand makes all of the items in the store, including belts, shoes, wallets and more. Cowboy boots are certain to keep your feet warm as the weather becomes cooler, so swing by his store and walk out feeling fresh with a new style.
