Easter Sunday = Brunch

Post Date: Tuesday, April 16, 2019

Lazy Sundays and brunch dates go together like champagne and orange juice, the perfect combination to kick off the start of a new week. With Easter Sunday coming in hot now’s the time to start booking those brunch reservations!

After all, you can’t go on an egg hunt on an empty stomach with hungry little ones...no bueno. To make things a little easier for you all I’ve curated a list of restaurants in Boulder that will be serving a special Easter Sunday brunch! Now all you have to do is choose which is honestly the hardest part so you have my sympathies. Thankfully, you really can’t go wrong with this list.

Hotel Boulderado: A Boulder classic is serving up a brunch buffet from 9 am - 3 pm. It will include everything from a chef carved whole roasted leg of lamb to a chocolate fondue station...mouthwatering! If you can’t secure a table, Spruce Farm & Fish is a brunch hotspot all year round, the soft shell crab benedict a my personal fave!

The Post, West End Tavern, and Centro: These local favorites will all be hosting Easter delicious Easter brunches that the whole family can enjoy. While reservations are not required, it is encouraged since it will be BUSY.

The Kitchen: Considered to be one of Boulder’s best restaurants it’s a no brainer that their Easter brunch is going to be amazing. On the menu are the maple glazed old fashion donuts (a personal favorite) and trust me they’re a must!

SALT and Wild Standard: Both restaurants will be hosting Easter brunch with special menus that are guaranteed to make for happy taste buds.

Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro at St Julien Hotel and Spa: Easter brunch always sells out at the St Julien for good reason...it’s amazing and this year’s no different unfortunately. It’s never too early to start planning for next year though and honestly, Easter brunch at the St. Julien is an experience every Boulderite needs to have at least once!

Cured: If you’re not feeling a traditional sit down brunch how about a picnic instead? Cured offers delicious picnic boxes at four different price points, a perfect option for those who want to head straight to an egg hunt!

I hope I was able to help finalize your Easter Sunday plans in some capacity. Holidays, while loads of fun, can get chaotic and stressful real quick. Take comfort in the fact that the Pearl Street tulips are blooming and will make the perfect backdrop for some cute family pics that'll make all the stress worth it. Happy Easter!

Sincerely,

Lee
