Len Barron will speak about and sign his new book, "Yes: Children, Albert Einstein, and Niels Bohr," on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:30pm, at Boulder Bookstore. Tickets for this event are $5 (plus a small processing fee) and are available on Eventbrite.

About the Book:
Midway through the 20th Century, Einstein wrote, “The world we have made as a result of the level of thinking we have done so far, creates problems we cannot solve at the same level of thinking at which we have created them.”

The rub is that we cannot go from one kind of thinking to another, it is not a linear process. First must come a change in sensibility and from that change will emerge a different kind of thinking. “We must try to recognize,” said Einstein, “what in our accepted tradition is damaging to our fate and dignity and shape our lives accordingly.”

"Yes" is a weave of stories about people best characterized by Yes. Whatever their age, discipline or circumstances, their words and actions express generosity, curiosity, and a deep caring for our children and their future.
