Downtown Boulder Events - Band Submissions

Thank you for your interest in playing music at a Downtown Boulder event!  

Please complete the below form for our upcoming 2025 event season.

We book live musical acts for three of our major events:

• Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival  |  April 27, 2025 (Rain Date: May 4, 2025)
  Family-friendly or Children's Acts preferred
• Bands on the Bricks | June 11 - July 30, 2025 (Rain Date: August 6, 2025)
  Opening Acts (small acts - 1-2 performers - only) and Headlining Acts (dance music, covers encouraged)
• Fall Fest | September 12 - 14, 2025 (Dates subject to change)
  Non-explicit, variety of submissions welcome

Please fully complete the application below to submit your act for Downtown Boulder's 2025 season. The submission deadline for the 2025 season is Monday, February 24, 2025. Please note Downtown Boulder does not accept emails or phone calls about band submissions. Please feel free to circulate the sign-up form below amongst your networks and communities. 

We may also reach out to acts about additional opportunities (beyond those listed above) should they arise.
