Organic Sandwich Company is an award-winning, locally-owned sandwich shop with two beautiful locations in Boulder and Louisville. Our roots began at the Boulder Farmers Market in 2014, and from there we made our way to a small shop on Pearl Street where we serve up house-made soups, salads, and of course sandwiches. Our mission is simply to provide gourmet, local sandwiches with food that tastes real. We delight in using local fare from bakers, ranchers, farmers, and many Colorado food entrepreneurs as we believe that taste is just as important as the quality and source of our food.
