Downtown Boulder Presents the First-Ever Après Street Fest
Pearl Street’s West End will be transformed into a cozy mountain environment reminiscent of "après-ski" this Sunday, March 12, 2023, from 11 am - 6 pm.
Boulder, CO [March 9, 2023] – Downtown Boulder's Après Street Fest is a first-of-its-kind wintertime event that will take place on Pearl Street between 9th and 11th streets. This free event is open to the public and will include live musical acts, fire pits, outdoor picnic-style seating, games and hot cocoa. West End restaurants will be open to serve bites and sips, and outdoor enthusiasts can shop winter gear from select downtown retailers.
Indulge in après-themed food and drink specials from the many restaurants that make Pearl Street's West End a must-visit for foodies, including Centro Mexican Kitchen, Jungle, West End Tavern, Ash’Kara and Gaku Ramen. In the street, enjoy a complimentary warm drink from Trident Booksellers & Café or Ozo Coffee and sample wellness shots and cold press juices from Wonder. All three will also have a variety of beverages for purchase.
Browse the wide selection of retailers on the West End - plus the additional Downtown Boulder businesses who will be onsite at the event - for outdoor apparel and winter deals. Participating businesses include: Amundsen Sports, Burton, Cotopaxi, Fjallraven, Flower Wild, Helly Hansen, Kama Connection, Marine Layer, The North Face, Symmetry360 and Stio.
Enjoy the ambience at the Après Street Fest with free live music acts from singer-songwriter Derick Warwick and Phantom Phare’s Lauren Joy. In the afternoon, dance in the street to DJ Davey Daydream. Throughout the Fest, lounge by a fire pit or enjoy food at a picnic table and partake in some friendly competition with yard games including ping pong and corn hole. You can even bring your own roller skates to cruise down the middle of the street!
