Rosetta Hall

For Sarah Beckwith, Director of Operations at Rosetta Hall, hospitality has always been about more than food, it’s been about people. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Sarah began her career as a young cook at The Little Nell Hotel in Aspen. Over the years, she’s run a small cheese shop, opened restaurants, and led talented teams across Colorado. Through it all, she discovered that her favorite part of the work lies in helping others grow, creating great experiences, and building spaces where everyone feels welcome.
That spirit perfectly aligns with Rosetta Hall’s founding vision. Opened in 2019, Rosetta began with a simple idea: bring people together through good food, music, and design. The founders spent time exploring food halls in New York, Los Angeles, and across Europe, drawing inspiration from each city’s unique energy. The goal was to create something that felt both global and local, a place where you could start your day with coffee, meet friends for lunch, or end the night with cocktails and live music.
Music remains at the heart of Rosetta Hall’s identity. With a top-of-the-line sound system, rotating DJs, and live performances, the space transforms seamlessly from a dining destination to a dance floor, celebrating creativity in all its forms.
Rosetta Hall’s roots in downtown Boulder run deep. The founders, longtime locals themselves, wanted to invest back into the community that shaped them—just as they had done with other beloved local landmarks like the Boulder Theater. Downtown felt like the natural choice, with its mix of locals and visitors, the hum of Pearl Street, and a creative pulse that embodies the city’s energy.
The team finds endless inspiration in the people who fill the space: chefs, bartenders, artists, DJs, and guests who make Rosetta Hall come alive every day. Artistry and craft drive everything they do, from the way a dish is plated to the playlists that define each night. It’s a space built for connection, creativity, and celebration.
The best way to support Rosetta Hall? Stop by for morning coffee, lunch with friends, or a night of live music. Every visit helps keep the space vibrant and connected. Follow along on Instagram for updates on weekly events, rooftop parties, and seasonal menus; or book a group dinner or private event through their website! However you show up, your presence helps keep the energy alive.
Rosetta Hall continues to evolve alongside the city itself, always with the same goal at heart: to create a space where everyone feels welcome, inspired, and part of something special in downtown Boulder.
