Downtown Boulder Spring Green 2025
Every year, the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District provides FREE flowers that first floor businesses can use to spruce up front entrances! The flowers must be planted in pots / containers or hanging baskets provided by participating businesses who also agree to provide soil, water/maintenance throughout the summer. Limit 2 flats per business. Flowers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis via the signup form below. There are a limited number of flowers available so sign up soon!
The flowers are a mix of easy-to-care-for annuals and come on flats. Each flat contains 12 four packs - approximately enough to plant in two medium-sized pots.
Please complete the form below by Monday, May 5, 2025 if you would like complimentary flowers to plant in containers (or hanging baskets) in front of your downtown business. Remember that businesses must be located within the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District to be eligible.
You must be able to pick-up the flowers on Wednesday, May 14th (11 am - 3 pm) at 16th Street and Lawry Lane (alley).
Want to help make our downtown green? Volunteer opportunities (2 and 3 hour shifts) are available to help us plant the East End planters and hand out flowers to businesses.
The deadline to order flowers for 2025 has passed.
If you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email on Tuesday, May 6 - and will receive a reminder on Monday, May 12. If you do not have these confirmation emails - we do not have your order. Please reach out to be added to the waitlist.
Flowers must be picked up on Wednesday, May 14 between 11 am - 3 pm.
